Açaí bowls are life 💜 Recipe included

Açaí berries, the fruit of the açaí palm tree, is a superfood containing high levels of antioxidants and weight loss properties. The açaí palm tree is found in Central and South America. Açaí is also high in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and calcium. These berries can spoil within 24 hours so they are frozen or freeze dried quickly. You can find açaí either as a frozen purée or freeze dried powder. My preference is the frozen açaí purée.

Açaí bowls are extremely popular and one of my go-to breakfasts. They are super easy to make and are a great energy booster to start the day. All you need is a blender and a few simple ingredients! My Ninja blender works perfectly for not only açaí bowls but for purees, shakes, and smoothies.

Blend frozen açaí packet, almond milk, banana, and berries until creamy. Eat naked or add toppings. My usual toppings are the other 1/2 of the banana, granola, and honey. Enjoy!
